The most common single-color sole mould — one sole cavity per mould (one-mould-one-piece). CNC-machined aluminium, compatible with rotary disc injection machines, with the DY-1120 as the typical match. Also runs on the DY-1106 / DY-1108 / DY-1112 platforms. Suits PVC, TPR and TPU soles.
One-Mould-One-Shoe Injection Mould
Integrated one-piece shoe mould producing a complete shoe in a single injection cycle. Designed for slipper, sandal and casual one-piece footwear lines. Reduces assembly steps versus separate sole + upper production.
Vertical Injection Sole Mould for DY-150
Sole mould purpose-built for the DEYU DY-150 vertical injection machine. Compact 2-cavity footprint (left + right pair per shot) optimised for TR/TPU sample-to-small-batch production. Ideal for shoe brands testing new sole designs or running low-volume premium lines.
